When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you give us, along with the service you selected. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and the site does not require an account.
We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote for the work — nothing else. It arrives as an email to info@undergroundgardening.co.nz. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
The enquiry is delivered by an email service provider on our behalf, which means your message passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox. They are not permitted to use it for anything else. Beyond that, nobody outside Underground Gardening sees it.
Enquiry emails stay in our inbox as a record of the job. If you would like yours deleted, ask us and we will delete it.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@undergroundgardening.co.nz or ring 021 227 1610 and we will sort it out.
